For businesses running their own Meta and Google ads

Your ads are about to get a whole AI team behind them. And fortnightly group coaching.

Josh Berg Teddi Russell Run by Josh and Teddi

Ad Foundations gives you the Hedgehog agents - the same AI marketing team we use for our own client work, kept updated for as long as you're subscribed - plus a growing video library and a group session with Josh every fortnight. One subscription, both channels: a fraction of what you'd pay anyone to run your ads for you, and cheaper than guessing.

Built on what actually works across hundreds of marketing teams.

What you get

Three things. Here's all of it.

One subscription, three inclusions. The rest of this page is just the detail.

The Hedgehog agents

Our AI marketing team - 30+ specialists that plan, write, build and read your campaigns alongside you, on Meta and Google both. We keep them updated the whole time you're subscribed.

Watch five of them run a campaign ↓

The video library

How to make scroll-stopping ads and landing pages, and how to build the lot in your ad account, step by step. The library keeps growing, and every new video is included.

Launching by the end of August - until then, the fortnightly sessions have you covered.

The fortnightly group session

An hour with Josh every second Wednesday. Bring your account and ask, or watch one topic worked through properly. Recorded, so missing one costs nothing.

How the sessions work ↓

Required

A Claude account. The agents run inside your own Claude subscription - a standard paid plan does the job. It's separate to Foundations, so count both when you do the sums.

Recommended

Higgsfield, for generating your ad images. Not required, but the images it makes are a clear step up. Getting the most from it is exactly what the fortnightly sessions are for - and the video library will cover it too.

What you get · the big one

The Hedgehog agents: a full marketing team, on tap

The agents are the AI specialists we built for our own client work. Each one is a skill you install in Claude - we call them agents because that's how we use them: a team you hand work to. Five of them take a campaign the whole way, from first idea to the numbers, and both channels get the same treatment - watch the run on either, below. The taste and the decisions stay yours; the agents do the producing. Human taste, supported by AI tooling.

On Meta Ads

  1. 01 Campaign Ideation
  2. 02 Static Ads
  3. 03 Landing Pages
  4. 04 Campaign Builder
  5. 05 Reporting

Step 01 · Ideate for how Meta works now

Campaign Ideation plans one campaign across the five awareness phases

Meta's ranking engine, Andromeda, now decides who sees each ad by reading the ad itself - so the creative is the targeting. Instead of building an ad set per audience, Campaign Ideation writes an ad for each one: a slate across the five awareness phases, inside one consolidated campaign.

What lands in your hands A campaign brief: the hook, the persona, the USPs, a creative slate tagged by awareness phase, and a landing-page concept paired to it - with only exclusions, geography and the legal floors left at the targeting layer.

Step 02 · Make the ads

Static Ads designs the ads people stop for

Polished, clearly branded statics and carousels for the whole slate - offer ads, testimonial cards, USP grids, objection-handler carousels, retargeting statics - shaped around what's stopping thumbs on Meta right now, not what worked three years ago.

What lands in your hands Designed static and carousel creatives, on brand and ready to build into your campaign.

Step 03 · Build the landing page

Landing Pages builds the page your ad deserves

The click is only half the job. This one builds a complete page that matches the ad, loads fast and asks for exactly one thing - then the CRO skill picks holes in it before you publish.

What lands in your hands A complete, self-contained landing page, built to turn the click into a call or an enquiry, ready for your website.

Step 04 · Run the campaign

Campaign Builder does the clicking in your own ad account

The one nobody expects. The connection is the Meta Ads MCP - Meta's own connector, free, wired to Claude once during setup - and Campaign Builder is the skill that drives it. It doesn't just hand you work to carry over: it builds the campaign, moves the budgets and pauses what's underperforming, on your say-so. You make the calls; it pushes the buttons.

What lands in your hands Changes made in your own ad account, briefed by you, and logged so you can see exactly what moved.

Connecting your ad account is a one-off part of setup, not something you buy: the Meta Ads MCP is Meta's own connector and it's free. Bring it to a fortnightly session and Josh will walk you through wiring it up - the video library will cover it too.

Step 05 · Read the results

Reporting reads your results like an analyst

Working from your connected results, it builds the reports and check-ins that tell you what's actually happening: what to kill, what to scale, and what to test next. Plain English, no dashboard-squinting.

What lands in your hands A plain-English read on your account: what happened, why it happened, and the next three moves.

On Google Ads

  1. 01 Keyword Research
  2. 02 Search Ads
  3. 03 Landing Pages
  4. 04 Campaign Builder
  5. 05 Reporting

Step 01 · Find the searches

Keyword Research finds the searches worth paying for

High-intent search is the warmest traffic you can buy - someone typing exactly what they need. Keyword Research maps what your buyers actually type, groups it by intent, and - just as important - lists the searches you never want to pay for.

What lands in your hands A keyword plan: the searches to bid on, grouped by intent and matched to your products, plus the negative keywords that keep the junk clicks out.

Step 02 · Mirror the search

Search Ads say back exactly what they typed

On search, the winning ad is rarely the cleverest one - it's the one that repeats the search. Search Ads writes headlines and descriptions that mirror the words in each ad group, your USPs right beside them, so the ad reads like the answer.

What lands in your hands Ad copy for every ad group - headline sets and descriptions, mirrored to the searches they'll show for, ready to paste in.

Step 03 · Echo it on the page

Landing Pages echoes the search all the way through

The match can't stop at the ad. Landing Pages builds the page that greets the click with the same words and the same promise, asks for exactly one thing - and then the CRO skill picks holes in it before you publish.

What lands in your hands A complete, self-contained landing page that finishes the search-ad-page match, ready for your website.

Step 04 · Run the campaign

Campaign Builder maps every click before you make it

Same agent, different console. On Google Ads it does everything short of the clicking: it lays out the whole campaign - ad groups, keywords, negatives, budgets - in the order Google expects, then walks you through loading it screen by screen, with a pre-launch checklist and what to watch in the first 72 hours. You push the buttons; it makes sure you always know which one.

What lands in your hands A complete build plan for your own Google Ads account - named, structured and sequenced - plus a step-by-step walkthrough for loading it and a pre-launch checklist.

Mid-build and stuck? Bring it to a fortnightly session and Josh will work through it with you live.

Step 05 · Read the results

Reporting reads your search terms like an analyst

Google shows you the exact searches that spent your money. Reporting reads the search-terms report and the conversion data, then hands back plain English: what to scale, what to kill, and which negatives to add this week.

What lands in your hands A plain-English read on your account: what people searched, what it cost, and the next three moves.

The part people miss

Those five run your ads. You get the whole team.

Foundations includes every Hedgehog agent - 30+ skills, with the rest of the bench covering everything around your ads: email, socials, SEO, content, design, and the QA crew that checks the work before you ship it. The ads bench gets your campaigns running - Meta and Google alike - and the rest go to work on whatever else your marketing needs.

The green ones you've just met. The rest come with them.

Kept up to date

The platforms change. So do the agents.

Ad formats change, placements change, policy wording changes - on Meta and Google both - and what stops the scroll changes fastest of all. When it moves, we update the agents, and the update reaches every subscriber automatically. While you're subscribed, you're never running last year's playbook.

The kind of thing that ships maintained by Hedgehog
FormatsMeta ships a new placement or ratio: the ad agents learn to brief for it.
PolicyAd policy wording shifts: Compliance QA is refreshed against it.
CreativeHooks fatigue: Static Ads picks up what's stopping thumbs now.
MetricsMeta or Google moves its numbers around: Reporting keeps reading them right.

What you get · the rest

The agents do the heavy lifting. This keeps you sharp.

1

The video library

How to make scroll-stopping ads and landing pages, and how to build the lot in Meta Ads Manager, step by step. It launches by the end of August, and we keep adding to it from there - every new video included.

Between now and launch, the fortnightly session is your walkthrough - bring anything and Josh works through it live.

2

The fortnightly session

An hour with Josh every second Wednesday. Bring your account and your questions, or sit back while he works through one topic properly - recorded and posted, so missing one costs nothing.

How the sessions work ↓

Every second Wednesday

One hour a fortnight, on the tools

Same time every second Wednesday, 12:30 to 1:30pm. The hour runs one of two ways, and you'll know which before you join.

Format one

Open account time

Bring your own account. Share your screen, ask what's not working, and get straight answers on your actual campaigns - not hypotheticals.

Format two

Topic deep-dives

Josh takes one thing - a creative teardown, a budget restructure, a new Meta or Google feature - and works through it properly, start to finish.

When Every second Wednesday, 12:30 to 1:30pm
Where Google Meet, link shared when you join
First session Date announced to members

Every session is recorded and posted to your portal the same day, so missing one costs you nothing.

The honest bit

Who this is not for

Foundations is not ads management, and it's not done-for-you. Nobody at Hedgehog logs into your ad account, builds your campaigns or watches your spend - that's not a service we offer, full stop. You'll be the one in the ad account, an hour or two a week.

If that sounds like more than you want to take on, Foundations will frustrate you - and we'd rather tell you now than take your $197 first. If you're happy to do the work with a proper toolkit behind you, keep reading.

Pricing

One price, everything in it

Both plans include everything on this page, across Meta and Google - the only difference is how you pay. For scale: $197 is a fraction of what anyone charges to run a single ad channel for you, and guesswork usually costs more than either. It just doesn't send an invoice.

Monthly

$197 / month

Cancel any time. Stop whenever it stops earning its keep.

  • The Hedgehog agents, kept updated
  • The video library, once it launches
  • Every fortnightly session, live and recorded
Start monthly

All prices include GST, and both channels - Meta and Google - are in both plans. One thing to bring: a Claude subscription for the agents to run in. Connecting your ad account is part of setup - it's free, and Josh walks you through it at a fortnightly session.

Questions

Asked often, answered straight

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again. Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.

What if I've paid for a year and want out?

The prepaid year isn't refundable - the $864 saving is what you get in exchange for paying upfront. Cancelling stops it renewing, and your access runs to the end of the twelve months you've paid for. If you'd rather keep the option of walking away sooner, that's exactly what the monthly plan is for: full price, cancel any time.

Do I need a Claude subscription?

Yes. The agents are skills you install in Claude, so you'll need your own Claude account - a standard paid plan does the job, and that's the only thing you need to bring. Setup takes minutes, and you don't do it alone: bring it to a fortnightly session and Josh will walk you through it, including connecting Claude to your Meta ad account through the Meta Ads MCP, Meta's own connector, which is free. The video library will cover the whole setup too.

How much of my time will it take?

Plan on an hour or two a week in your ad account, plus the fortnightly session if you join it live. The agents do the producing - the briefs, the creative, the pages, the reading of results - and you stay the one who approves, publishes and makes the calls. If you can't see yourself giving it that hour, this isn't your product, and we'd rather say so here than after you've paid.

What happens after I join?

Checkout takes a few minutes and your receipt arrives straight away. Your access is set up by hand, so within one business day you'll have your login for the session recordings and your invitation to the agents. You won't set anything up alone either: bring it to a fortnightly session and Josh will walk you through it.

Does it cover Google Ads too?

Yes - it's included. One subscription gets you Meta Ads Foundations and Google Ads Foundations together: the agents cover both channels now, the fortnightly session covers both now, and the video library will cover both as it grows. Nothing to add on, nothing extra to pay.

$197 a month says you can do this yourself.

The agents and the sessions from the day you join, with the video library close behind.
